My background as a physical product designer, illustrator, and educator has given me a unique skill set that allows me to deeply understand my consumer/student/user and the relationship products and experiences have with them. Its allows me to anticipate their needs, empathize with their pain points, as well as gain valuable insight into their mental models and goals. Using these insights I’ve delivered sold-out products, award-winning books, and purpose driven user experiences.
When not UX-ing, you can find me listening to audiobooks, taking painting classes, rearranging furniture to get a better flow, volunteering, ice skating, and trying to learn a new skills like coding.
